Corporate Financial Controller

Your tasks and responsibilities

Within this role there will be a strong focus on M&A related activity, from initial valuation towards signing/closing and further integration. In addition, this position will also act as first central point of contact in controlling related matters for a number of designated entities of the IPCOM group and follow-up on the financial performance of those units.

• Support the buy & build strategy of the group (M&A projects): valuation, structuring, due diligence processes, transaction documents 
• Integration of newly acquired entities in the group reporting framework 
• Organise the monthly & yearly financial closing procedures of the designated entities 
• Responsible for the monthly internal management reporting including analysis, explanation and documentation of results  
• Cooperation in the monthly consolidation process 
• Cooperation in drafting the monthly BoD reporting 
• Execute business related analysis (Power BI), provides insights and advise e.g. margin analysis, price/volume/mix,…  
• Preparation of periodic business review meetings 
• Execute yearly budget procedures and ad hoc forecasts 
• Follow-up on differences between local and group accounting manual (IFRS) and related disclosures 
• Ad hoc projects
