To strengthen our corporate finance team, we are currently looking for a:

Corporate Financial Controller

with a broad interest in consolidation and IFRS

Your tasks & responsibilities

The Corporate Financial Controller will collaborate on group consolidation and related technical system and accounting aspects. In addition, a number of European companies from the IPCOM portfolio will be assigned with the aim of coordinating and supporting the administrative and financial functions with the local finance leads.

  • Participate in monthly and annual consolidated closures under IFRS 
  • Tracking differences between local and IFRS accounting manual 
  • Preparation of annual financial statements under IFRS 
  • Keeping up to date with IFRS technical accounting aspects 
  • Organisation of monthly and annual financial closures of assigned IPCOM entities. 
  • Responsible for monthly internal business reporting of relevant units. Analysis, interpretation and documentation of monthly figures. 
  • Further development of KPI reporting (Power BI) including Price/Volume/Mix analyses 
  • Preparation of periodic business reviews. 
  • Preparation of BoD and shareholder meetings. 
  • Execute the annual budget process and interim forecasts. 
  • Integration of new businesses within the group.

Your profile:

  • Master's degree in a financial field (TEW, commercial sciences, ...). 
  • You have 2-4 years' experience in Big 4 or similar role in an international environment. 
  • Fluent in English and preferably also speaks a bit of French. 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications. 
  • 'Systems minded' with deep interest in ERP environments. 
  • Analytical thinking skills. 
  • Communicative team player 
  • Hands-on and accountable 
  • A driven self-starter 
  • Flexible 
  • Willing to travel occasionally
