Online Digital Marketeer
As Online Digital Marketeer, you’ll be part of the central Marketing team, collaborating across countries and business units.

Your tasks & responsibilities
- Plan & execute creative and result-oriented digital marketing campaigns across different platforms (email, social media, Google Ads, etc.)
- Support local entities with website and webshop updates, SEO/SEA strategy, and CMS content management
- Contribute to group-wide rebrandings, helping to align digital assets, tone of voice, and visual identity across business units
- Work closely with the local entities to roll out new branding consistently across websites, social media channels, email templates, digital campaigns as well as all offline materials.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance to continuously improve results (CRO, engagement, conversions)
- You closely follow new trends and developments in the field of digital marketing and translate these into interesting opportunities
- Ad hoc:
- Writing short copy and small graphic tasks
- Coming up with creative posts for social media channels
Your profile
- A relevant bachelor or master degree, preferably marketing or communication
- Minimal 5 years of experience as online marketeer in B2B environment (marketing automation, Google Ads, SEO optimization, …)
- A profound knowledge of Google Ads, social media advertising, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO and e-mail marketing (Mailchimp/Sharpspring)
- You are familiar with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Illustrator is a plus
- Experience with CMS systems (Drupal)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and autonomous but with the necessary team-spirit
- Analytical mindset and strong orientation to detail
- Hands-on self-starter
- Result driven, you drive appropriate and effective solutions
- Excellent planning skills with the ability to set the right priorities and meet deadlines
