As ERP Business analyst, you will guide the various companies within the IPCOM group in the implementation of a uniform ERP system. You are the specialist within one or more process tracks (O2C, P2P, R2R, master data, production, ...). You build the bridge between the different actors and guide the local teams through this digital transformation.

  • You will collaborate on projects with internal partners and external suppliers. Initially as support to the external partner; later (after 12 to 18 months) you will take the lead in the further roll-out of the ERP in the various branches.
  • In doing so, you are the link between business and IT and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • You organise workshops to collect business requirements and elaborate these into a business analysis.
  • You will be responsible for analysing and modelling the current business processes in our various business units and departments.
  • You will support the creation of new business processes or the improvement of current processes.

  • You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience as a business analyst.
  • You are strong at communicating to various stakeholders.
  • You are analytically minded, can think critically and work independently.

  • You speak fluent Dutch and English.
  • You are willing to travel to the various sites.
