To strengthen our Finance team, we are currently looking for an:
ERP Business analyst - Finance
As ERP Business analyst - Finance, you will guide the various companies within the IPCOM group in the implementation and roll out of a uniform ERP solution build on Dynamics 365. Your primary focus will be on finance-related functional domains such as general ledger, accounts payable & receivable, fixed assets, costing, bank management and financial reporting. You build the bridge between finance, ERP and external partners and guide the local finance teams through this digital transformation, ensuring that the ERP solution meets the financial and compliance requirements.

Your duties & responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Finance team and work in close collaboration with the ERP Team:
- You will collaborate on projects with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Initially as support to the external partner; later you will take the lead in the further roll-out of the finance modules of the ERP solution in the various branches.
- In doing so, you are the link between finance, business and ERP team and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- You gather the knowledge of the CORE solution build in D365 F&O, focusing on the finance modules. You take the lead in business process workshops to do FIT GAP analysis against the CORE solution for the finance related domains.
- You will be responsible for analysing and modelling the current financial processes in our various business units and departments.
- You will support the creation of new financial processes or the improvement of current financial processes.
- You follow up the delivery of projects in terms of content and validate whether the result meets expectations.
- Ensure compliance with local and group accounting standards and internal controls.
Your profile:
- You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience as a finance business analyst, with a strong background in financial processes.
- You are strong at communicating to various stakeholders.
- You are analytically minded, can think critically and work independently.
- You take ownership and do not deliver half-hearted work, but where necessary you are pragmatic enough to achieve your goal.
- You have experience documenting processes, preferably using BPMN.
- Experience with D365 F&O is a must.
- Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
- You speak fluent English and knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- You are willing to travel to the various sites around Europe.
