06-03-2024 IPCOM FURTHER EXPANDS ITS PORTFOLIO IN THE HIGH-TEMPERATURE DIVISION AND ACQUIRES TESPE SRL
IPCOM, the leading European specialist in the distribution and conversion of technical insulation, today announced the acquisition of TESPE S.r.l. (TESPE). TESPE is a leading manufacturer of technical textiles for thermal insulation and industrial seals for high-temperatures. This strategic move will further strengthen IPCOM’s high-temperature business unit, the INSULCON Group.
TESPE was founded in 1993 and is based in Bergamo, Chiuduno, Italy. It produces a wide range of technical textiles, industrial gaskets, high-temperature insulation and refractory products for various applications in different industrial segments. With a highly professional team of around 47 employees, the company has been experiencing solid sales growth in recent years.
