Aislamientos Diansa S.L. has more than 50 years of experience in distributing materials to professional installers and construction companies, with a focus on HVAC applications, thermal, and acoustic insulation. They serve their valued customers via a network of eight branches, mainly in the South of Spain, three of which are located in Seville and one in Madrid. Diansa employs more than 40 people and achieved sales of € 19 Mio in 2022.
Aislamientos Diansa S.L. will become part of IPCOM’s business unit ISOPARTNER. This acquisition further strengthens ISOPARTNER’s position as the leading provider of conversion and distribution solutions for Technical Insulation in Europe, with a presence in 11 countries. IPCOM’s other company in Spain, Grupo Flexicel, is focused on providing tailor-made products to OEM customers.
