7. Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise

We use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to protect our website and online forms against automated submissions, abuse, fraud, and other harmful activities.

When you interact with reCAPTCHA, the following types of data may be collected and processed: your IP address, browser type and settings, device information, cookies, and data about your interaction with the page (such as mouse movements and scrolling behavior). This data is processed solely for the purposes of security, bot detection, and fraud prevention.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in protecting our online services and users against abuse and unauthorised access.

We act as the data controller for this processing. Google processes the data on our behalf as a data processor, in accordance with the applicable Google Cloud contractual terms.

In connection with this service, personal data may be transferred to Google servers outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are safeguarded by appropriate transfer mechanisms in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Data collected through reCAPTCHA is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above.
