With approximately €40 million in annual sales and a team of 90 employees, Fanair has demonstrated consistent growth and resilience over time.
This acquisition will further enhance IPCOM’s ability to serve the Spanish market with high-quality heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and insulation solutions and deepen its relationships with key suppliers and customers.
