Isolier- und Dämmtechnik GmbH transferred its business to IPCOM Insulation Products Company NV, a leading European supplier of building insulation and technical insulation products. Headquartered in Belgium, the IPCOM Group already operates in Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, and Poland. The IPCOM Group aims to expand its regional market expertise across Europe, with a particular focus on the Central and Eastern European markets, which are expected to be very promising in the coming years.
Isolier- und Dämmtechnik GmbH, active and successful in the CEE region (Romania & Hungary) for more than five years, will leverage and further develop these synergies within the IPCOM Group. Earlier this year, the leading technical wholesaler Kiesewetter GmbH from Germany also joined the IPCOM Group. Isolier- und Dämmtechnik GmbH’s expertise and entire team will continue to serve customers as usual, operating as an independent unit within the IPCOM Group.
The goal is to harness synergy effects within the group and implement them in cooperation with suppliers. All branches, both in Austria and abroad, will continue operating as before, with all employees remaining available to customers in their familiar way.
Jozef Holzer, Managing Director of Isolier- und Dämmtechnik GmbH and its international subsidiaries in Romania, the Netherlands, and Hungary, is convinced that this step represents a great benefit for customers, employees, and suppliers alike, opening up new development opportunities.
