Strategic expansion and growth within Europe
The acquisition of Kiesewetter aligns with IPCOM’s strategy to become one of the leading groups of insulation and technical insulation wholesalers in Europe. IPCOM is already a market leader in Belgium (with the companies Waeyaert-Vermeersch Isolatie, Isowill, Schellekens Bouwproducten, Isolteam), holds a strong position in technical insulation in the Netherlands with Jacosol, and in Sweden with Profisol. IPCOM is also interested in further expanding these activities across Europe in the future.
Within the IPCOM group, Kiesewetter will continue to operate as an independent company with the same management and the familiar, proven staff. IPCOM intends to support Kiesewetter’s management by providing the existing and necessary resources and leveraging positive synergies to realize the potential for further growth of Kiesewetter in the technical insulation market in Germany and Poland.
