IPCOM is pleased to announce its intention to acquire a majority stake in Le Froid Pecomark a leading distributor of refrigeration, heat pump and ventilation equipment in France. The proposed transaction remains subject to receipt of the relevant regulatory approvals.

Philippe Pechet will continue to lead Le Froid Pecomark as CEO, together with his experienced and professional team, ensuring stability and continuity in the next phase of growth. The Spanish company Pecomark will retain its position within the company and will remain a strategic shareholder in the business, reflecting its continued commitment to the company´s future.
