Looking back on the past 12 years, I do so with great pride and gratitude for what we’ve built together. I’m proud to share that my succession was organized internally. Kristof Vermeulen has been appointed as the new CFO of IPCOM. After many years of close collaboration, I’m fully confident he is the right person to lead the finance function into its next chapter. After 12 years, we mark an important transition within IPCOM’s management team.
Luc De Busscher is stepping down from his role as CFO. We are grateful for his dedication, leadership, and the strong financial foundation he helped build over more than a decade. Luc will remain closely involved with IPCOM in a strategic capacity, initially overseeing HR, ESG, Legal, and IT, before moving into a project-based advisory role.
At the same time, we are proud to welcome Kristof Vermeulen as our new CFO. With many years of close collaboration behind him and deep knowledge of IPCOM, Kristof is well positioned to lead our finance function into the future.
